“It is a great honor and privilege to be asked to be the director of the Venice Biennale, one of the world’s most important and exceptional surveys of contemporary art. I am very much looking forward to this great challenge. The Biennale is an exhibition which traditionally attracts a broad swathe of the public: professionals, enthusiasts and art lovers.
